Porterville College will be at the Butterfield Charter High School on Wednesday, January 18, from 11:00 – 1:00 p.m. to answer questions for students who completed the PC online orientation and to provide assessment for all seniors who have completed the admissions process including CCCApply, Porterville College Admission Application, and online Updates.

Students will receive an enrollment packet during the orientation/assessment visit which includes pertinent information to become a PC Pirate. Please have your students visit the following link to the download the free Accuplacer App to prepare for the assessment: https://accuplacer.collegeboard.org/student. Students will be completing three test: Reading Comprehension, Sentence Skills, and Mathematics. The Accuplacer test is an untimed test, therefore students will be given additional time when needed. If you have any English Learners (EL) let me know so we can provide them with the correct assessment. It is imperative for students to have their PC student identification number in order to complete the assessment.
