YOUTH LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE

Four-day, overnight, college empowerment conference for outstanding Latino high school juniors held at three top universities across the US. Current high school junior. 3.0 GPA or above. CHICANO LATINO YOUTH LEADERSHIP PROGRAM (CLYLP), INC 
DEADLINE - April 30
Cost - FREE
Participate in a week-long leadership program. Conference participants attend powerful workshops and seminars to enhance their leadership skills, academic preparedness, self-esteem, cultural awareness, and provide understanding of state and local government.

TULARE COUNTY FARM BUREAU'S YOUTH LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Cost - FREE
Must be a high school Junior during the program. Reside in Tulare County or attend a Tulare County school. This is an 8-month long unique opportunity for high school students to develop their leadership skills. 
 
 
LEGAL EDUCATION ACTION PROGRAM (LEAP)

Cost - FREE
A one-week legal education immersion program that provides full scholarship to its participants. The purpose of LEAP is to propel Hispanic students to achieve a graduate education in law and inform students of the many careers they may pursue with a law a degree.
